I'm delighted to have Sande Bargeron back as my guest on THLZ! Today's podcast continues our conversation from the previous episode- Constipation– An American Epidemic. I recommend listening to this podcast because constipation challenges make it impossible to detox successfully.

Chronic disease has been on a dramatic rise in the United States over the past few years:

• Presently, nearly 60% of adults have at least one chronic illness.

• Nearly 40% of us will be diagnosed with cancer in our lifetime.

• Early onset dementia increased by a staggering 373% among 30-to 44-year-olds and 311% among 45-54-year-olds from 2013- 2017.

• 1 in every 44 children will be born with autism. 

We are ALL swimming in a sea of toxins, literally and figuratively. Detoxification is much more than a 3-day juice fast and/or taking a handful of supplements. It's a synergistic approach that targets and supports cellular health, honing in on the powerhouses of energy in our cells– the mitochondria.
